KEY DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs monthly inventory reconciliation & prepares required inventory reports for all SEA entities & SINGCO.
• Prepares monthly stock provision for obsolescence & Lower of cost/market valuation for all SEA entities & SINGCO.
• Prepares & analyses monthly variance analysis for inventory costing, purchase & freight variances.
• Prepares monthly Foreign Exchange loss/gains from Intercompany sales.
• To setup & maintain transfer prices for Intercompany sales.
• Prepares & analyses monthly profitability for Intercompany sales.
• Prepares monthly provision for doubtful debts, products warranties & returns for inter companies.
• Perform costing run in system.
• Maintains & prepares headcount reporting for all SEA entities.
• Prepares monthly SCM/KPI reports to Management for all SEA entities.
• Monthly review & ensure clearing of GR/IR account for all SEA entities.
• Monthly review & settlement of sales orders from WIP to COS.
• Review & perform cost allocation & assessment of costs between cost centres.
• Assist Management with the annual budgeting process.
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum with Diploma in Accountancy.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Good written and fluent spoken English.
• Able to handle high volume of transactions.
• SAP Hands on Experience is a must.
