Responsibilities:

· To consolidate financial results and financial positions of subsidiaries and associated companies including but not limited to agreeing inter-company balances, translating monetary assets and liabilities and passing consolidation adjustments.
· To provide financial analysis of certain groupings of PL expenses and BS balances.
· To assist in repatriation of funds from foreign exchange control countries such as India.
· To assist in appraising investment opportunities including but not limited to vessels.
· To assist in all aspects of statutory compliance such as audit and tax.
· To assist in annual budget process.
· To guide and coach team members from time to time in relevant areas.
· Ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

· Degree in Accountancy or it’s equivalent.
· At least 4 years of working experience.
· Detail oriented and hands-on.
· Willing to learn / inquisitive mind.
· Energetic and pro-active.
· Good interpersonal skills,
· A team player,
· Technically competent in the area of accounting standards.
· Coaching and supervisory experience.
