Mandatory Skills : Development / SI Project Management.

You will be responsible for project and resource scheduling, project tracking, risk management and quality assurance. Overseeing the implementation and running operation of critical application systems. You will track and control all project phases and activities. You should have superior project management capabilities and a proven track record in assuming overall responsibility and managing multi-million dollars projects in Government sector.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 20 years’ experience in application development and maintenance with at least 15 years’ in project management
• Experience as Project Director for mega scale project development, software integration, project management.
• Experience in managing teams of minimum 20 people
• ‘Hands-on’ knowledge, regional exposure and experience within the vendor and user environments
• Experience in contract negotiation and management
• Experience in evaluation and implementation of packaged solutions and assessing scope & cost between systems
• ‘Hands-on’ knowledge, regional exposure and experience within the vendor / subcontractors and user environments
• Excellent customer relationship management, sub contractor management, presentation and proposal writing skills
• Experience in evaluating, implementing and maintenance projects in Java
• Certification in CITPM or PMI preferred
